职位描述:
Primarily responsible for company materials management/control (including materials stock, move, tracking, inventory control in all manufacturing processes as well as warehouses).
-Directs and oversees the organization s material management policies and initiatives.
-In charge of inventory control to ensure we have enough materials to provide the service to customers & productions.
-Responsible for purchase of raw materials, supplies,
-Sets inventory, material cost, performance objectives.
-Responsible for production forecasts and schedule.
-Responsible for efficient usage of inventory management.
-Manage all traffic functions with regard to shipment planning, inbound and intra-company planning.
-Maintain inventory accuracy and maximize inventory turns.
-Critical to meeting customer satisfaction and company profitability objectives.
-To negotiate production capacity.
-To analyze sales forecast in order to translate them into production forecast.
-Follow up and implementation of the KPI (Key Performance Indicator): inventory DOH, on time delivery, production plan respect.
To manage and define priorities of the procurement planners team.
-SAP for report generation of PP module.
-Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-BA degree in Business management, Engineering or related field, Materials management /inventory control is preferred.
-Three years of leadership experience or five years of materials management experience
-Prior experience with inventory control systems
-Have good experience on ERP system
-Excellent PC skills and English
-Strong communication and cultural awareness skills
-Have APICS CPIM knowledge
-Have ability to supervise 3-8 persons.
-Very good verbal and written English
