职位描述：
General Requirement：
1、B.S in computer science (or equivalent)
2、Good oral and written English. Effective Communication
3、Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
4、Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
5、Strong Technical Competence in DW/BI area
6、Good documentation skills and Presentation Skills

Technique Skills：
1、Knowledge of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence
2、Knowledge of DW/BI project life cycle
3、Solid understanding of relational database and SQL language
4、Deep understanding of Star Schema and data warehouse design
5、Understanding of Database Design and Data Warehouse Implementation
6、Be familiar with one of the following Database Server: MS SQL Server, Oracle, IBM DB2, Sybase
7、Demonstrate experience with T-SQL, PL/SQL, Stored procedures, Triggers, Replication, DTS
8、Experience of Database Performance Tuning is a plus
9、Understanding of ETL Process
10、Knowledge of scripting in UNIX Shell, PHP, Perl or other scripting languages
11、Be familiar with one of the following BI tools: Cognos, MicroStrategy, Brio, BusinessObjects, Crystal Report
12、Know the concept of OLAP and one of the following OLAP server: MS Analysis, Hyperion Essbase
13、Experience of DW/BI/Reporting/Database Development project is a plus

Project Experience：
1、At least two full lifecycle DW/BI project experience. Project Experience with long lifecycle data warehouse experience is a plus
2、Independent team management experience of at least one project
3、Be responsible for the delivery of at least one DW project. Domestrate the ability to handle the process of project delivery
4、Project Experience with BO 6.5/ XI is a plus
5、Pre-sales experience is a plus
