Job Title: AR & OR Accountant

Located In: Suzhou

Report To: Accounting Supervisor

Educational Requirement: College degree or above, major in accounting or finance

Experience/Skills Requirement: Good communication skills, good analytical skills 2-3 years working experience

Any Other Requirement:To be hard working and work under pressure

JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES ETC)

Receive bank-slip from SPDB/HSBC, check/verify with invoices, apply payment & key into Mfg/Pro

Co-operate with credit accountant, inquery bank receiving status, review unapplied payment

Issuing debit-note and send to counterparites on a timly basis

Maintain and verify ICB, Maintain O/R

Perform periodically A/R and O/R reconciliation
