It is said that IBM invested 10 million dollars for the training of its employees in China in a single year. When challenged about the necessity of such a large sum of investment in training， IBM refuted， We can only get a return of 400 million dollars in a single year without such a large investment. Comparatively， we can now raise that number to 800 million dollars.
