　　习作要求

　　不少同学都对英语阅读感到很头疼，为此你决定写一篇关于“怎样改进英语阅读”的英语短文，以期对他们有所帮助。提示如下：

　　1. 不要什么书都读，要挑选一些重要的或感兴趣的书读；

　　2. 从简易的读物开始，不要一开头就读难懂的读物；

　　3. 不要读得太慢，不要一碰到生词就查词典；

　　4. 在迅速读完一个章节，对全文有一个大致了解后，再回过来慢慢读，这时可以查一些必须查的词；

　　5. 要坚持下去，才能成功。

　　本文能按照要求写出要点，语言流畅，格式规范。当然其中的一些小错误也应当尽量避免：① Improve 应改为 To improve .此处应是动词不定式做目的状语。② anything 应改为 everything .不定代词的误用。此句所表达的意思是“不要试图什么书都读”。③此处加 with ，表示“以 / 从……开始”应用 begin with .④去掉此处的 dictionary for . 这里短语 look up 表示“查阅字典等”意思，后面直接跟查的内容。⑤去掉此处的 your .表示“记住某事”用短语 keep/have … in mind， mind 前不需要限定词。⑥ progresses 改为 progress . progress 是抽象名词，不能用复数形式。
