面试英语：问应聘原因应适当夸公司

“你为什么要应聘本公司”也是面试时一个常常会被问到的问题。这时候，你之前对公司资料的收集就能派上用场了。你可以简单的说一下你对公司的了解，当然，适当的夸一下公司是有好处的，但是不要太过火。我们来看看 Tom 和 Peter 是怎样回答这个问题的吧！

Tom: Your company has a very good reputation, not only because your products are of high quality, but also your due to your well-constructed management system. I want to contribute to such an outstanding company which cares not only about the customer needs, but also about the welfare of employees.来源：考试大

Tom: I know this is one of the biggest trading companies in the world. It was established in London in 1940, with a total of 40 million US dollars. It employs more than 17,000 staff throughout the world.
Watson: Why do you consider yourself qualified for the job? 来源：考试大
Tom: I have the educational background and relevant experience required for the position. Besides, I am a very good team player and have the desire to succeed. 来源：考试大

Tom: I like to work in a team and enjoy solving problems.

1. What made you choose this company? 你为什么会选择这家公司。make someone do something，让某人做某事。
2. 那 Tom 是怎样回答的呢？他说，你们的公司在业内有很好的声誉，不仅你们的产品质量很好，而且你们的管理也很优秀。Earn a good reputation，赢得好名声。Tom在这里把这家公司夸了一通，这是很必要的，因为没有人会来应聘自己不喜欢的公司。即使你对公司不是很了解，也可以说一些套话。但是如果你认为这家公司存在很多问题，面试的时候可不是提出来的好机会，你可以把它们留到上任以后再说。
3. 说完了公司，就应该说说自己的原因了。这是一个向考官陈述你的职业目标的好机会。Tom说他想为既照顾顾客的利益，又兼顾员工的福利的公司工作，其实这还是从另一个角度在夸奖这家公司。考官接着又问，What do you know about this company? 你对这家公司了解多少？这时候你就可以把自己在面试之前收集整理的信息告诉考官了。这里同样要挑最主要的说，可以在面试之前打好草稿。
4. Why do you consider yourself qualified for the job? 你为什么认为自己适合这份工作？这时候你就可以把你自己的能力和优点尽量展示出来。这里 Tom 说的是the educational background and relevant experience，相关教育背景和工作经验，I am a very good team player and have the desire to succeed. 我有很强的团队合作精神，并且向往成功。一般来说这几点都是非常重要的，你可以在自己参加面试的时候用。
5. What interests you most about this job? 这份工作的哪个方面让你最感兴趣？其实，这还是在问你为什么会选择这家公司，Tom回答说是因为喜欢团队合作共同解决问题。你可以根据自己的情况来制定自己的答案。
