landlord . landlady 房东；房东太太
rental agency . housing coordinator 租房代理； 房屋介绍人
dormmate . roommate . flatmate . housemate 合租一间宿舍/公寓/房屋的人

2.关于租金 【 Money ：€ € ＄ ￡ 】
