第三部分：清华认证

根据我的个人观点，绝大多数的中国移民申请者都是要求做清华的认证的。当然也有部分能豁免的，对于这部分朋友，我们只有羡慕你的好运气了。

那么清华认证可以自己在没有被要求的情况下做吗？

答案是肯定的，但是前提条件是你一定要获知自己的FN号。记得认证的时候把附件一的认证信也给清华认证中心哦。

这样做的好处是可以节省时间。因为清华认证是通过你所在学校进行的，学校有寒暑假，这个期间清华认证中心是不办公的。试想，如果你是在6月底－8月底以及1月份－2月底的时间收到了体检表，并且被要求做清华认证了，但是此时学校已经放假了。虽然清华认证中心会跟澳洲使馆联系好，宽限一段时间，但是对于你，申请人本人来说，无疑就耽误了自己的准签时间。

首先，你要登陆http://www.cdgdc.edu.cn网站，仔细阅读上面的填表提示，然后下载申请表格，手工填写后，再去网上填写。然后牢记自己的申请编号和密码，因为密码是不能查询也不能修改的。

一般我个人认为，你只要做学位(如果有的话)和成绩单或者学历(如果没有学位的话)和成绩单就可以了。强烈建议做一个备份报告，这样你可以核对清华报告上面数据的准确性，诸如你的FN号码，入学时间，专业名称等等。以及防止今后由于各种意外情况Adelaide没有收到你的清华报告，而让你重做的尴尬。

然后准备钱和资料，EMS给清华中心吧，接下来的工作你就是等待。

在这里我谈谈自己对清华认证过程的一点认识：

清华认证中心在收到你的材料后的3－5天，会以平信的方式邮寄你所提供的学位，学历，成绩单等材料到你所就读学校的档案馆，学校确认并加盖确认章(我假设为学校的公章)，然后再寄回给清华认证中心，中心收到后便可以给你出具相应的报告。

请大家注意，在清华邮寄出你的材料到学校和学校收到这个确认的材料中间，当然还有学校寄回清华的过程一样，这就是考验中国邮政的时候了，寄丢的情况可不是没有发生过哦。

大家可以电话查询进度，除了大家都知道的(010)6278 0580之外，尾巴再给大家提供一个号码即(010)6277 3574这个电话相对比较好打，而且接电话的老师态度也是不错的哦。

再接下来就是你要观察网站的更新情况，他们会把你的进度都写在上面的。

最终的结果如下所示：

认证情况：认证完成，报告完成日期：YYYY-MM-DD；资料到达情况：已收到 ,资料到达时间：YYYY-MM-DD ,付款情况：收到汇款时间为YYYY-MM-DD ,缴纳完毕，于YYYY-MM-DD寄出备份的认证报告，邮寄备份报告信件的号码为************

此时，请你一定要致电清华中心，让他们告知你的材料何时用EMS寄往北京大使馆，并且记得要EMS的运单号码哦。

在查询该邮件到达北京使馆1－2周后，你可以写email至：[email protected]

在主题上写Please forward to Mr. Troy CHU，正文里用英文写想查询是不是收到了你的清华认证结果，并且告知你的FN和你的电话联系方式。一般他们都会电话通知你处理的结果的。

Section 62 (1) and (2) of the Migration Act states if an applicant for a visa is invited to give additional information or to comment on information, and does not give the information or comment before the time for giving it has passed, the Minister (or a delegate of the Minister) may make a decision to grant or refuse to grant the visa without taking any action to obtain the additional information.

Migration Regulations provide a time limit of 70 days (49 days plus 21 days to allow time for postage) for you to respond, from the date of this letter. If I have not heard from you by that time, I may proceed to decide this application on the basis of the available information.
