Take it easy. Obviously, you cant get your student visa in time. Australian Embassy will approve your visa 28 days in advance the next semester. They dont refuse your applicaiton because of their reason. Currently you must get the new letter of offer from that university and send it to Embassy. If lucky, you can come here in July. Some universities only provide one semester enrolment,you have to wait for the next year. My univerisity will start class in 21st, Feb. Goodluck! Although you provide the new letter of offer to the embassy, they dont give you visa this time. As you will enrol the university next year. They will approve your application one month in advance. Furthermore, probably you should arrange your medical exam again.They dont give you visa until your new letter of offer reach them. In terms of Australain immgration act, the visa officer will approve your visa one month in advance. Hurry up to contact with your univeristy and require a new letter of offer

pva通过后，护照，体检，入学通知书一起给大使馆。

1。到银行兑换澳元，把第一学期的学费电汇给你申请的大学，大约25天后你会收到正式的录取通知书。
2。到指定的医院体检。
3。到当地的教育管理部门办理出国审批。
4。凭正式的录取通知书申请护照。
5。把护照和体检表，录取通知书一并寄往澳驻华大使馆，申请正式的签证。

医疗保险是直接交给学校的，然后学校返回一张确认信，这封信寄去使馆。

（1）体检报告(医院直接寄去)。
（2）护照。
（3）交学费后，学校的确认信。

只要你交了学费，身体也没有问题，就OK。

通过PVA的信,上面明白写着"when you receive official confirmation of enrolment from the educational provider,you should send it to this office with..." 正式签证必须要COE原件,签证后使馆会将护照,COE及TOEFL原件退还给你.when you register in the unive, you should show your COE.

拒签后的第二天就可以重新申请。

从广州去悉尼航班，周一、五各一班，国航747，晚上飞。国航目前的价格是RMB5260。
