“折扣”（Discount）和“佣金”（Commission）是在商务交易过程中出现频率很高的2个词汇。我们将通过下面的例句学习理解：

Discount n. （卖方给买方的）折扣，折价；

例：When the seller gets the accepted draft, he can either hold it to maturity or discount it with the negotiating bank.

Commission n. 佣金

例：The above prices are both c.i.f. Rotterdam commission without commission.
