I cannot leave a job half-done and usually find myself thinking of possible solutions to problems while I am driving to work or in the shower. I also know I spend too much time in my work. I cant get enough leisure time.

There is no room for my career growth and promotion I want in my previous job. So Im looking for a company, which recognizes and rewards hard workers.
