经历了生命的震荡之后，家园重建为世人所关注
用我们的智慧和专业技能，为灾区重建尽一份力，当成为建筑学人的使命

竞赛宗旨
　　汶川地震使数百万灾民被迫离开了自己的家园，帮助流离失所者重建家园，是本次竞赛的目的所在。
　　家园重建，并非仅仅是临时避震房屋的建造，更应该是居民自身生活方式与文化传统的接续。本次竞赛的主题是：为灾区提供未来长久安全住宅建设方案，并应考虑持续发展的可能。关注的重点是：如何阐释“家园重建”这一主题思想；如何应对复杂的地理条件和环境变异；如何适应当代的居住需求并提出合理的重建方式；如何以灵活的单体组合布置方式获得社区之家的氛围与体验；如何使用再生的建筑材料，营建绿色家园。

参赛资格
　　国内外建筑专业人士及建筑院系学生均可参加，以小组参赛不宜超过3人。本次竞赛概不收取报名费。
　　参赛者本人拥有作品著作权，《新建筑》杂志拥有出版权。参赛作品均被视为愿意将作品无偿用于灾区重建的实际应用。如用于其他地区或用于其他目的，具体知识产权问题由作品使用者与作者协商解决。

图纸要求
　　可能的场地图、平面图、立面图、剖面图、效果图或模型照片等。文字请用中文标识。
　　图纸一律A2图幅，至多4张。电子文档为JPG文件，精度400dpi。
　　图纸表现方式应直观明了，以便普通民众解读和实际运用。
　　在光盘中以DOC文件格式注明作者姓名、职业、年龄和通讯地址。

　　本次大赛的入围作品将在《新建筑》杂志与100TEST网站上公布，并由《新建筑》杂志组织专辑出版，组委会推荐在汶川地震灾区重建中应用。
　　2008年9月中旬评出入围作品并在100TEST网站公布。
　　2008年10月在《新建筑》杂志、100TEST网站上公布评奖结果并展示部分获奖作品。

奖励
　　一等奖1名，二等4名，三等奖10名，佳作奖20名。
　　奖金：
　　一等奖：RMB 16000元；
　　二等奖：RMB 8000元；
　　三等奖：RMB 4000元；
　　佳作奖：RMB 2000元。
　　由主办方颁发获奖者证书和奖金，并赠2009年全年《新建筑》杂志。

National Design Competition of Rehabilitating Wenchuan Earthquake-stricken Area

Homeland Rehabilitation

Competition Purpose
The earthquake which occurred on May 12, 2008 has brought great disaster to Wenchuan Area. When grieving over the dead, we should also pay great attention to millions of survivors who are forced to leave their homes. This competition is aimed at rehabilitating new homes for the survivors.

The topic of this competition is home rehabilitation.

Home rehabilitation is not just to build temporary refuge, but to extend the habitation and traditional culture of original inhabitants.We pay great attention to building permanent safe house and its sustainable usage.This competition put great emphasis on offering reasonable construction method and acceptable suggestions for new specification of housing design in order to cope with the complex geological condition and adapt to contemporary inhabitative pattern and scale and use recycling green material efficiently,also have to provide with the surrounding of “family of community” by flexible combination of units.

Submission Conditions
All professionals in architecture home and abroad can take part in this competition. There is no entry fee. Copyright of the design project is owned by the author, but its publication right belongs to the New Architecture magazine. The committee will recommend 0selected design projects to be put into application in disaster-hit area. Details about intellectual property rights （IPRs） will be negotiated by the constructor and the author.

Submission Requirements
Site plan, plan, elevation, section, model photo etc. Please mark the graph in Chinese. A2 size and 400 dpi resolution are preferred.
The graph should be clear and understandable so as to make the common people know it. Please write down your name, occupation, age and mail address （telephone, fax, E-mail）on a doc document in the disk.

Design Project Evaluation
The 0selected design projects will be published in the New Architecture Magazine and 100TEST website in mid-September, 2008, which will also be published in special issue by the New Architecture magazine.
The competition results and 0selected design projects will be announced and demonstrated on the New Architecture Magazine in October, 2008.

Rewards
Overall First Prize 1 person ￥16 000/each one. Second Prize 4 persons ￥8 000/each one. Third Prize 10 persons ￥4 000/each one.Best design 20 persons ￥2 000/each one.
Winners will get a certificate from the holder and a whole volume of New Architecture in 2009.

Submission Deadline
The submission deadline is September 5, 2008.
The participants should send their design projects in disk format to the assigned address by the competition committee before September 5, 2008 or confirm if the design project has been sent to the appointed mail address: [email protected].
