　　The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index, which covers A and B shares, was up 28.20 points at 2,625.65 on turnover of 156.2 billion yuan (22.9 billion dollars).
　　The Shanghai A-share index rose 29.71 points, or 1.09 percent, to 2,756.28 on turnover of 155.9 billion yuan, while the Shenzhen A-share index gained 1.62 points, or 0.17 percent, to 926.46 on turnover of 84.0 billion yuan.
