都江堰小学生书画献世博实用英语

　　7月20日，来自四川都江堰的小学生们将他们亲手创作的祝福世博画卷送到了上海世博会组织者手中，传递绿地土桥小学师生对2010年上海世博会成功举办的祝福。这幅画卷是由都江堰绿地土桥小学的20名学生共同创作的，画卷中不仅充满了海宝等世博元素，还包含了都江堰儿童对上海世博会的美好祝愿。
　　绿地土桥小学的校长向记者介绍到，创作画卷之前同学们做了很多“功课”，大家通过电视和网络了解世博会的历史和上海世博会的概况；整幅画卷由20名学生的作品拼接而成，从创作、修改到最后拼接共用了20天时间。同日，小学生们参观了上海世博会展示中心，详细了解了世博会历史、中国与世博会的渊源以及上海世博会的基本情况。　　
　　A group of students from earthquake-ravaged Dujiangyan City in Sichuan Province presented drawings to the World Expo 2010 organizer to express their best wishes to the event.
　　A scroll painting comprising the works of 20 students of Lvdi Tuqiao Primary School was handed over to the organizer. Students drew Expo 2010 mascot Haibao on the painting.
　　The students toured the Expo Exhibition Center on Huaihai Road M. and learned about the history of world expositions and progess on Expo 2010. They said they looked forward to visiting the Expo site next year.
