The past several weeks were consumed in London and Singapore respectively on conference interpreting responsibilities. Fortunately, invited by Global IELTS Jinan and recommended by Global IELTS Qingdao, I had the chance to mention the overall trend of Task Two exam items in 2007. Here I present some of the tip-offs I focused in Jinan to those who are interested.

What in 2007？ &. so 2008?

January to April

题型：What is your opinion？为主

题目：广告/电子（商务）/教育/政府职能

May to August

题型：Agree/disagree

综合类题型（变态题型）

题目：个人退休/food/countries间关系/教育/电子/旅游/交通/

September to December

题型：Agree/disagree 为主， BUT！

题型结合更加频繁

题目：国家间关系/广告/生活习惯/语言学习/教育/政府职能/犯罪的处罚/交通

12.1号题目：throwaway society的成因及其后果。

2007， changes？What？

题目变长，废话增多，理解难度增大；

题目变细，观点不易寻找；

题目理解难度加大，跑题频繁发生；

评分标准更具体，考察学生语言功底；

额外的要求，学生忽视具体要求；

有了半分，考官刻意打压分数。

2008， What will happen（presumably）in the first several months？

题型结合；

旧题目的变细

旧题目的题型变化；

流程图及其地图题出现的可能性存在；

对连贯性和结构性要求更高；

考察题目重点：电子，教育，政府职能，广告，国际关系，交通，生活（环保，food，个人习惯），犯罪的处罚
