　　女：“Were having a potluck dinner.” it means everyone has to bring a dish. This is really common between college students， because they dont have any money.

　　男：potluck就是每个人带一个菜去，即简单又实惠。

　　女：If you say， “Would you like to come to dinner? Its only potluck， but youre welcome.”

　　男：家里没什么好吃的，不太好意思邀请朋友来做客吧？

　　女： That means， you can come over， but Im sorry， I dont have any good food to give you， so this is for good friends only.

　　男：和好朋友就可以友好地提出这种potluck dinner的邀请，像我这样爱呼朋唤友的单身汉可一定得学会这个词哦。

　　女：Were having a potluck dinner

　　男：Were having a potluck dinner

　　女：Would you like to come to dinner? Its potluck.

　　男：Would you like to come to dinner? Its potluck.

　　女：Bye-bye!

　　男：Catch you later！
