Job Title: Quality Manager
职位：质量经理
Report to: Chief Engineer
汇报对象： 总工程师

Essential Duties and Responsibilities：
主要职责（包括但不限于）：
-Quality assurance for the production of the company
保证公司的产品质量
-Maintain the company quality system
维护公司的质量体系
-Project quality planning and implementation
进行质量计划并实施
-Provide supplier quality system/process audit/development support
提供供应商质量体系、过程审核、发展支持
-Quality control for all incoming materials and in-house production
所有进料与内部生产的质量控制
-Customer quality problem solving
解决客户方面质量问题
-Develop the Quality department staff
发展质量部员工
-Provide quality training for internal auditors
为员工提供质量培训
Job Requirements (Qualifications)
任职要求：
5-10 years of experience within a quality department or as a department management in the car industry；
五-十年在质量部门或汽车行业管理部门的工作经验；
Knowledge and experience of the reference frames ISO TS 16949， QS 9000， ISO 14001, Knowledge and experience of the quality tools (AMDEC， processes audits， SPC， 8D， MSA， experimental designs…).
熟悉ISO TS 6949， QS 9000， ISO 14001，熟悉质量管理工具 (AMDEC，程序审核， SPC， 8D， MSA，实验设计等)；
Knowledge about the car industry sector and its requirements (quality， logistics， development cycles， projects management， costs).
熟悉汽车行业，熟悉质量、物流、发展循环、项目管理、成本等；
Able to work in team and to coordinate, people management experience and skill
良好的沟通协调能力，团队和人员管理的经验；
Fluent in English.
英语流利。
