Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand the Strategy and Vision of the Company in order to Optimized the Space Utilization and Sales Intensity
Work directly with all levels of management to assist in the development and support of current and future business planning needs.
Establish the strategy, principle and process for space management of Company.
Analysis and supervise the space performance base on sales and profit.
Managing and facilitating increase in profitability at both department and store level.
Work with Merchandise & Store development team in space review and improvement.
Monitoring the space performance and assessing any potential risks to the company objectives ensuring maximum potential is achieved
Key Measuring Parameters:
The accuracy and timeline of data analysis report submission
Space utilization & productivity
Sales & profit
Planogram implementation
Team building and turnover rate
Visual
Qualifications:
Above 5 years data analysis experience in FMCG or research firm, well understand the dynamic of Space Planning,
Accurate Business sense understanding the market tendency.
Fully understanding in merchandises, sales & profit mix relationships for preparing a store layout plans.
Basic knowledge in store formatting, store types & store cluster.
