Vacancy：Asso Manager–Process & Sys. Enhancement(某知名化妆品公司)
Reports to：Financial Controller
Department：Finance
Location：Guangzhou

Job Description：
1.Be responsible for the Corporate project-Concur and P-Card implementation in China per schedule to be agreed with Global Project team, ensure effectively communication with Global project team, each dept. and each function to deliver the results as required.
2.Establish, review and improve the workflow/process for accounting operations to adapt company business growth.
3.Enhance Bizflow system to ensure the budget and actual expenditure control effectiveness.
4.Establish PR – PO/Contract – Payment process and implementation in China.
5.Support implementation of Finance Roadmap initiatives in China DSB, handle adhoc project and request from Global project team and local management.

Requirement：
1.Bachelor degree or equivalent, with major in accounting, finance or economic.
2.Above 5 years finance experience and at lease 2 years managerial experience.
3.Have experience with project management.
4.Good presentation & communication skill.
5.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Be able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.
6.Excellent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
7.The incumbent coordinates and leads a cross function team.
8.The incumbent manage cross function people.
9.Very frequent and deep interaction with each dept. and each function.
10.A lot of contact opportunity with Global project team outside of China.

Position Complexity:
1.Wide coordination and deep integration with various functions in each department, senior management and external parties is required.
2.Good application of project management and control skills is critical.
3.The fast business growth, complex and unique business model and so thus required good analytical skills and business sense form the complexity and major challenge of this position.
4.Provide efficient& flexible professional propose to reduce risk.
5.Staff/Support.
6.Decision made by this position will have significant impact on process optimizing.
7.Different decisions make different outcomes.
8.For the overall business performance of the whole company.
