职位描述：
Client: A Fortune 500 Company
Report to: Refinish Business Manager China/HK
Location: Xinzhuang RTC , Shanghai

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop effective MC strategy/offering comply with country business strategy to support the growth
-Deal with the variety of market segments so as to strengthen/differentiate DPC vs. competition
-Drive/support the execution of MC program by co-operating with other functions as well as external customer
-Interface with key account customer on behalf of the business to enhance communication /relationship
-Network with auto related media/industry peers and responsible/co-ordinate for public activities such as industry fair
-OEM join promotion program . market program etc.
-Integrate/manage communication channel to be more effective by targeting at external customer
-Being a key member to refinish team


Key Requirements:
-5-10 yrs experience in marketing related function or in ad/FMCG
-Creative thinking , Inside-out type of personality, enjoy dealing with people
-Mature and independent
-Strong demonstration in teamwork and leadership
-Fluent in English and Mandarin
