职位描述：
Working Location: Shanghai Zhangjiang High-tech Park
Job Responsibilities:
1. To assist Lab Supervisor in continuously evaluate and improve laboratory facilities as well as the testing competency in order to project LANXESS technology excellence in rubber industry to the customers in this region.
2. To produce reliable and accurate technical support to application development and technical service projects initiated by both internal & external customers so as to maintain or even improve the business of our products.
3. To support new business development through work on technical development projects
4. To set up and support Lab Information Management System in Shanghai lab
5. To be an expert in lab equipments and computer related instrument operation.

Job Requirements:
1. University Degree or higher education.
2. Trouble-shooting of testing related or equipment problem. Good communication and cooperation skills, both internally and externally.
3. Initiative to look for continuous improvement over the laboratory operation.
4. Good computer skills.
5. At least 2 year lab experience, preferably in rubber related lab
