Job Description:
1.Be familiar with system & operational model.
2.Set up and review QA system with 3rd party (SLA, QA comments, Coaching) and adjust it according to the business need.
3.Ensure a high level of customer service performance.
4.Ensure a consistent of service standard between us and 3rd Party.
5.Monitor the efficiency of project implementation.
6.Hold routine meeting with QA of 3rd party, find out the most motivated and fair measurement for CSA.
7.Find out the questions of the current process and give a better solution to outsourcing team.
8.Ensure a high level of customer service performance.
9.Continuously monitor & supervise performance in the section, identify potential problems & implement remedial measures.
10.Prepare and analyze QC report to management monthly.
11.Perform QC report to 3rd party on the base of QC quality.
12.Random check the calls and compare with 3rd party score sheet, find out the difference between us and 3rd party’ standard.
13.Feedback comments to 3rd party and Monitor the efficiency of project implementation.
14.Communicate with operation manager and clarify the object of each project.
15.Remind operation manager the project progress at each phase.
Requirement:
1.University graduated.
2.Call center operation experience is preferred.
3.At least two years Avon working experience.
4.Outstanding communication skill.
5.Reliable and good team working.
6.Strong analysis skill.
7.Independent.
8.Strong coaching skill.
9.Use relevant assessment systems to provide regular guidance and counseling to subordinates.
10.Transfer skills to subordinates.
11.Develop subordinates.
