概述：
负责采购，实现公司要求，本地化标准和成本计划。指导员工在直接材料、间接材料、工具设备方面达到目标。
职责：
1、负责全球市场采购合同的商谈，为公司选择产品和元件。
2、根据各个部门的采购要求，选择最佳的供应商。
3、分析供应市场，寻找合适的有价格优势的资源。
4、分配平衡项目工作量。
5、与供应商沟通，告知公司的需求和程序。
6、和相关部门合作（工程、质量、策划等），确保新产品和改良的产品符合质量/成本目标，按时推介给各个部门。
7、为新采购工程师提供帮助和培训。
8、采购工程师业绩评估与改进。
要求：
1、学士学位、机械工程专业或相关行业。
2、8年在汽车行业的相关工作经验，外资企业更佳。
3、熟悉汽车制造，汽车底盘，车体，电气系统，汽车内外部装饰和动力。
4、有执行ISO9000/TS16949的实际经验。
5、良好的沟通，谈判能力；
6、英语熟练；
7、计算机熟练

Job Title: Purchasing Manager Department: Purchasing Department
Report to: China Deputy Manager Dotted line to: LTI ISC Manager
General Summary:
To be responsible for the purchase activities to achieve targets in cost, localization standard as well as the corporate requirements. Direct people to guarantee Direct Material, In-Direct Material, equipment & tooling and service, reaching efficient goals and service level assigned
Job Responsibilities:
1.Negotiation and agreement of global supply contracts for 0selected commodities and components for company.
2.To follow the Purchasing Request received from all departments, starting the sourcing activity and choose the best Supplier for new components.
3.Analysis of supply market with objective of identifying competitive and capable, cost advantaged sources to supply company.
4.Balance project workload assigning.
5.Communication of companys requirements, practices and processes to suppliers.
6.Working with all relevant departments (engineering, quality and planning,etc.) to ensure that new and revised products are effectively introduced with suppliers on time to cost/quality targets.
7.Provide assistance and training to new sourcing Engineer
8.Measurement and improvement for sourcing Engineers performance.
9.Lead and building a sourcing team to meet department yearly target
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2.8-year relevant working experiences in auto industry preferably, in a Foreign Invested Company.
3.be familiar with Construction of car, Car chassis, Auto body, the electrical of car, The internal and external ornaments of car and Powertrain etc.
4.Have practical experience in the implementation of ISO9000/TS16949.
5.Good communication and negotiation skill is required.
6.Good command of English in both Spoken and Written.
7.Necessary computer skill is needed.
