The Job
Develop, maintain, expand and assess recruiting channels to ensure search qualified candidates.
Work closely with BU/SU heads to understand business directions and recruiting needs.
Supervise recruiting process both internal and external to ensure Recruiting Policies and Procedures are strictly followed.
Interview candidates to fill in job vacancies timely in response to the business requirement.
Analyze monthly recruiting activities and come up with action plans to improve KPI such as fulfillment ratio and lead time.
Negotiate salary with candidates and check up offer letter before issuing.
Coordinate all departments to 0update JD and assist DGM of HRD in evaluating job grade.
Facilitate headcount budget and ensure recruiting activities in line with headcount budget. address urgent case complying with Recruiting Policies and Procedures.
Conduct industrial analysis and competitors dynamics periodically and bring up suggestion.

The Person
Undergraduate, 5 years HR experiences and at least 3 years in the same function
Fluent English both oral and written
Excellent communicational skills
Can take quick action under pressure
Proactive and logical
