Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with customers calling .
2. Supporting outside sales with necessary information.
3. Documentation and inventory management.
4. Making sales call in the office if needed.
5. Statistics and analysing relative information.

Requirements:
1.Strong experience in air or sea customer services or operation.
2.good skills in computer usage, (Office, Outlook, etc...).
3.Fluent spoken / written Mandarin and English with good command of Cantonese a plus
